Everyone knows how to clean their skin but do you know how to have the best skin ever?

take a look at this video for perfectly gorgeous skin.

Skin Care

Skin Care at Night

These steps work together and are directly related to the appearance and maintenance of the skin.
  1. Cleansing removes impurities, oily secretion and dulling dead surface cells. Proper cleansing enables your skin to renew itself more quickly giving you a clean clear glow. It also makes sure your skin is more receptive to toners, moisturisers and any special treatments.

  2. Toning or rinsing will eliminate the last traces of cleanser, and stimulate the skin. If you have dry skin just splash tepid water on face. Check dry skin info.

  3. Moisturising will add moisture (and emollients if skin is dry) to the skin surface, it will protect against natural moisture loss.

  4. Nourishing is deep feeding the skin at night when the body is more receptive to treatment. This is a more intensive form of treatment as opposed to the daytime moisturiser. Again if you have dry skin you can use a richer moisturiser daily.

  5. Special care includes eye and lip treatments, face scrubs, cleansing, masques, moisturising masques, etc. These are more concentrated forms of skincare treatment or designed for specific areas of the face.
The above steps all work together in:
  • Improving the function and appearance of a "poor" skin.

  • Maintaining the function and appearance of a "good" skin.
